Happy New Year!

A New Year's party in a club somewhere in Japan.

I did a LITTLE bit of research, and I'm pretty sure that says "Happy New Year." Someday I'll find out for sure. Anyway, there's no reasoning for the Japanese theme-- I just felt like it. Happy New Year!
